I can imagine it's not much for people who lost their accounts, but for me, best than any event! 10000 is way too little to buy all I'd like to have, but, otherwise I wouldn't be able to get any of those old items.

what bothers me the most is that I have to give my coins for outfits that I took for free, the rainbow one, the one from summer 2019 with the glasses that you would receive for free if you finished the event, for any outfit that you could easily take from events that were practically free if you played the event every day. Monthly items, I had a lot, I was in Absynthe guard, and this team won a lot of them, not to mention everything I had in the bags, I had all the common ones, now I have nothing

Wow  this is amazing and I also wish that the new currency was like the manna I feel overwhelmed with everything at the shop if I had more than 10k it would make it easier for me to choose what to get

I did use a guide but I had to translate it to French xD I only created my french account for the sake of practicing when I was learning at school. It's been 3 years since I studied French (2018). But I'm gonna try and make the most of it, since it doesn't really matter as much, especially now when we don't even have the ranking system between the guards anymore (I kinda miss that?).

Again for those who spent actual currency on the game before January of 2020 please do this to get reimbursed by the team (also please note this options is only available on the EU servers):

Go to "your account" by clicking on your name (top right list under your username, the second option). There is a button to retrieve the credit, for many payment options there is a simple form to fill and you will be reimbursed. Although two methods below must be used in an email to support@beemoov.com

Credit card:
* Old/Current Username (Please state if you changed usernames)
*The email address associated to the accounts
*The date and the amount in €/$ of a recent transaction.
*Last 4 digits of the credit card you used.

Pay Pal:
* Old/Current Username (Please state if you changed usernames)
* The email address associated to the accounts
* If it's not the same email address, the email address/username of the Paypal account.
* The date and the transaction ID* of the transaction.
* Transaction ID's can be found in the confirmation email you get when you make a payment or on the Paypal website, in the payment history section.


Please Note that due to the influx of requests this may take time for the team to get to your ticket. Please be patient!

As someone who didn't lose their account in the fire, i'm extremely grateful that the U.S. server got ancient coins too! There is one thing that is bothering me though: why didn't they put the guard icons over excluded items? I just bought the Satsuki hair not knowing it was excluded and then found out when I went to my closet. There are literally only two exclusive items I want in the game and they both belong to two different guards. T_T I would just contact support to see if I could get those coins refunded but honestly I wish they would remove this feature entirely, the monthly ranking is a defunct mechanic anyway so I don't know why all the guard rules are still in place, it literally doesn't matter anymore.
Anyways, does anyone know if I were to do story replay of New Era episode one, would I be able to get into the shadow guard? I chose to stay in my original guard the first time playing it, I would hope that doesn't remove the chance of getting into a different guard.

As someone from the ES server (and since our forum is currently non existent) I'm kind of confused by the fact that we were supposed to get our purchases refunded, but after getting them back, the amount of currency doesn't add up?

I'm not one of the players who got to charge THAT much in the game, but I still did, and as I said, the amount that I was supposed to get back isn't the correct one, what's that supposed to mean?
Is it acutally supposed to work that way?
I'm only going to get back...less than half of what I  bought?
This seems rather unfair for those who bought way more currency :s

surprised we algo got ancient money!

bought a few stuff like exclusive companions, a CG, dresses, 3 incubators (although I never change my companion because I'm way to attached to my current one which has been with me since almost the very beginning of the game lol)

hopefully that means a new episode is on the horizon as well

But also, please don’t get me wrong, I thank the Eldarya team all around for their work and wish everyone the best, but if I may ask, would if be possible for the rest of the Fallen Aengel outfit to be released to the Antique shop? Like, I’ve found a piece of it, (the hair,) but I can’t seem to find the rest. (It’s the wings I’m looking for the most and I’m wondering if this could be possible.)

As with all bank Outfits you will ONLY be able to access them after you show proof of purchase. Until then only hair styles and/or certain pieces of the outfits will be available.

Oh okay. The only two problems I have is that I have no idea how I would do that and it was so long ago I don’t know how I would access my “purchase history” as proof. I admit to not being the most tech savvy person either. What would you suggest for that?

also has anyone else had glitches on the companion page? i can send my companion to explore, but all the buttons on the left side (like being able to give my companion food or an energy potion and even the my eggs button) aren't working on all.

Please refer to the Guide I posted above to send to support@beemoov.com but if you are unable to get into your purchase history to show that you actually bought the Bank outfit you are looking for then sadly you are out of luck. Also as stated above compensation will only be given to EU players and the Bank Outfits have already been reported and the team will look into it when they have the time.
