Thank you for your hard work regarding the return of the European servers!

Giving us Antique Coins and the special shop is a very pleasant surprise ^^

It's still a shame what happened to the European servers I especially feel bad that the Maana amount doesn't really help them catch back up on ANE and I'm sure many of them had even already saved up for Episode 4. I hope they can all quickly get their accounts back into shape at least.

Thank you though for giving us some antique coins too. It was really nice to finally get some of the items we never had and now I finally own the Valuret both in-game and in real life T~T

Edit: The 10K did go kind of fast when the Companions we had yet to have released were 3K each though x-x

For those who spent actual currency on the game before January of 2020 please do this to get reimbursed by the team (also please note this options is only available on the EU servers):

Go to "your account" by clicking on your name (top right list under your username, the second option). There is a button to retrieve the credit, for many payment options there is a simple form to fill out and you will be reimbursed. Although two methods below must be used in an email to support@beemoov.com

Credit card:
* Old/Current Username (Please state if you changed usernames)
*The email address associated to the accounts
*The date and the amount in €/$ of a recent transaction.
*Last 4 digits of the credit card you used.

Pay Pal:
* Old/Current Username (Please state if you changed usernames)
* The email address associated to the accounts
* If it's not the same email address, the email address/username of the Paypal account.
* The date and the transaction ID* of the transaction.
* Transaction ID's can be found in the confirmation email you get when you make a payment or on the Paypal website, in the payment history section.

Please Note that due to the influx of requests this may take time for the team to get to your ticket. Please be patient!

And I recharged 250 GC and got 750 Antique Coins, I hope this answers yall's question. I did get the companion but I can't seem to find the info thing in the Library, I wonder, is it a bug or something?

Just in case anyone doesn't know: the ancient coins can be used to play episodes too (2 coins=1 dialogue). It'll use those up before using any maana.

So if you want to play episodes more than you want to get items then you can just play the episodes with them OR if you want to buy items with all your coins then you should avoid episodes until you've spent them.

I kind of understand doing this for the European servers but I don't get why it's also for the US server.
We didn't suffer anything here when it comes to the game.
Anyway, I will use this chance and get myself the Ocemas I always wanted to have. And maybe some other companions.

It's not fair, I lost my account because you weren't able to save our progress ... the points you gave me are equal to 0, I had 80% of the clothes in the game, 90% of the companions, the story is almost over and I lost everything because what ???? It's not my fault, it's not the players' fault, it's your duty to make sure that we, the ones who support the game, get through it. What do you give me? A big nothing,you won't care at all ... I have to start all over again from 0 ... And now im sure im not gonna ve in absynthe guard againa.... My fr accout is gone now and i play it for 7 years

I feel you. I've been dreading to replay all of the episodes because it's gonna take so much time. I'm also afraid that I won't be in shadow guard anymore or that things are gonna change because it's been ages since I played the first episodes. It took me 3 hours to go through the antique store to buy most of the things that I owned before the fire. I've saved some outfits before on my computer so I could look through them today and buy pieces I found on the outfits but I'm sure I've missed ALOT.

I just want the antique coins to be enough for everything (the story, clothing items and companions) but I can't help but to feel like it's not going to be enough? And since I'm not French and quit learning (I made an account in 2016 in order for me to get better at the language) about 2 years ago, it will definitely take me forever to finish the episodes because my knowledge is not where it used to be. And as far as I'm aware you had to pass episode 7 in order to use the market place. I wish we could've just "bought" finished episodes or something instead lol.

It's hard...I don't know if the points are enought for my collections... Probably i will buy again some clothes i know i had and some companions, probably i don't gonna buy illustrations, mabye some from events... But now i have 0 energy to realize whats happening...i really love eldarya and now all my progress in this game is gone...

ooooh, this is so cool, but it is also a great loss. I hope we'll all be safe from anything like that. And I hope we'll all come together and build a better community.

I'm glad the European servers have been repaired. The Antique market is awesome, just wish it was something that was sticking around, there is a lot of missed items that I would love to get but can't be spending upwards of in a month $1000 to get enough coins to obtain the items and companions I need.

I accidentally bought myself a Black Gallytrot using antique coins -_- I could have used those coins for something else. Oh well, no can do, it was my own fault (and at least it's a rather useful companion).

I am thankful for this store (though now anyone can buy the exclusive items and they're not special anymore. Like the lightning bugs I already got since I was a beta tester in the now dead Finnish server). But it also gives me a chance to get items I was never able to, which is rather nice Two sides of the same coin.

with the coins the users of the european servers are also able to get items from events from well before they registered so I think it's only fair for you to also have the chance to get some 2016 clothing, illustrations, etc.
It wasn't necessary but I think it's a nice gesture ^^
