I don't see an option for it( or maybe I just don't know which one is it) and when I click on the "Other" tab, there's nothing, no form to fill.

Also, is it just me not seeing it, or the bank outfits are in fact not available in the Antique shop? (Except for the Queen of Cups)

The Queen of Cups was never a bank outfit therefore made available to all. If you would like to get reimbursed your charges on the EU Side/ or are trying to prove you purchased a bank outfit (on this server) please send an email to support@beemoov.com.

We thank you for the new shop!  but i can't help but feel sorry for the other players that have lost their account.. 

From the viewpoint of my US account: thank you for the ancient coins, I've already spent most of it.
My only regret that the special shop is not available in maana too, because I was hoping secretely in a shop like this, and saved maana for it.

From the viewpoint of my italian account: just re-registered, have begun to hatch my egg, the site crashed, nothing surprising.
That's why I still don't know how far I will be able to rebuild my account. I'm sure that it won't be enough, because I played since the beginning of the italian server, I had almost 100% of the clothes of the more recent exploration events, all of the companions (except some event companions) etc. I'm especially unhappy about the wasted time I used to play through all of the episodes (some of those was nothing just pain). I really don't want to do that again, completely agree with who said that we should be able to buy complete episodes with ancient coins.
The sad thing is that they gave as a little more than I expected so instead of abbandoning my italian account for ever, my greed will make me try to rebuild it.

This is amazing! I'm so happy! Been spending way too much money on the antique shop already... xD

There's one thing I've been wondering: If I buy an item exclusive to another guard, will I still not be able to use it? For example, if I buy an Absynthe Guard exclusive dress, am I still unable to wear it despite the store not showing the guard exclusive icons?

Yes that is correct. If you buy a Guard item not for your Guard you will be unable to use it nor can it be sold it seems as no item purchased from the store can be sold.

Oh my gosh! Thank you so so~ much. Finally I can buy parts of outfits that were available during events before I registered or during the event I missed. I waited for something like that for a long time and now personally I'm surprised how much coins we have to buy outfits. Beemoov, you are the best

It was very generous of them to give us some ancient coins as well. They didn't have to do that and could've just given us access to the shop and have to spend real money to buy any coins at all. I've already bought some items I never thought I'd be able to possess. So THANK YOU, team!!

The 10,000 they gave us is pocket change compared to how much you get if you lost your accounts. I recreated my French account I'd casually made a year ago and i have 350,000 ancient coins!!! Though my reason for making it is kind of moot now. I did it to build a wardrobe using the market. But since none of the antique coin items can be sold on the market, I imagine the market will be more dead than ours here. But I can at least build a cool wardrobe with alt colors than what I use here to play around with.

And questions about the bank outfits, I see all of the items in the store, except for the black friday outfits. Even though I only purchased 2 of them.

For the 1st question probably and as the post states for your second question May 9th is the last day for the shop.

Does anyone know how many Antique Coins you can get from each purchase at the Bank? The Bank page looks the same and I would like to know before buying anything.

For those who think "it's ok, now the other servers can redo their accounts" I want to tell you that it's not like that
I play eldarya from 2015 on the French version, and for everything I had in my account I need
60,000 points for illustrations
150,000 for the collection of companions, where I didn't put the companions I can take from the shop or exploration
For clothes I didn't calculate because it's impossible for me, I had 75-80% of the clothes in the game
I need over 90,000 mana to catch up with the episodes and the chance to go againv in Absynthe guard it's tiny.

I lost my progress for 7 years and I pay as if the server problems are my fault.

Yes, whoever had the account recently,received the points  is a blessing, as well as those here who had no problem ...

They actually deleted my account ... and what do I get in return? the game from 0 ...
The special store to rebuild your account had to be free, now comes this "yes but you would take what you didn't have, you could take absolutely everything out of the game" Yes! I had to, because now I have to give up a lot of my collection
I can play 4 episodes for free, out of 30 ...

Sorry .... but it's not right what's going on ... our account data should have been their first priority, and this data was lost, but the episodes didn't, the events didn't, the companions didn't, the interface didn't, the platform didn't, the characters don't, the dialogues don't, but the accounts do ... No the coins will NOT expire you will be able to use them to the play S1 The Origins even after the shop leaves.

You sound extremely upset. The fire was no one's fault, and no one could control where or when it happened, or what got damaged. You can find the illustrations on the internet and save some money that way if you want to look at them. I know it's difficult to cope right now, but just pick up the things you absolutely want from the shop. I don't want to sound harsh, but I'm sure if you had so many items, there must have been a lot of them that you don't even remember.

I know what clothes I had from events and what colors, I know what I had in all colors, however I don't know in my hair, I had a lot in most colors. Bathory is my favorite hair I know I had it in many colors, now I will most likely take a hair from each model, bur is hard... i need time to think what i should take and what not

I don't want to be disrespectful or anything, I know it's bad for many now, but it's frustrating, especially after I saw that absolutely all the events remained intact, still ... they didn't lose any files from them, but what more importantly, our progress has been lost, and that's annoying

I believe the only way to gain new Ancient Coins is through purchases.

Maybe instead of making the antique coins exclusive for bank purchases, they could make them a daily currency like the mana, like 10 coins every day or smth like that. I don't really care about the shop myself, used some coins to obtain missed events illustrations, but what bothers me is that the French players, who maybe spent actual real money on the game troughout these 6 years, got merely a 5% or 10% of the value they'd originally spent in the game. So forcing these same players to spend another fortune to get enough coins to obtain again the same outfits/companions they already spent real money to get years ago is completely and utterly unfair to them!
