First and foremost,
NEVER give out your password, even to an administrator.
If you still have access to your email address associated with the account, you can reset your password by following this steps listed here:

If you cannot access your email account, or you do not receive the email to reset your password, please contact us by using the contact form at the bottom of this page. An account recovery form will be sent to you by one of our support agents to verify that you are the owner of the account.
We would like to inform you that if your account has been reset to zero, we are not able to undo this action. Beemoov is not responsible for any damage to your account in case of theft, and we are unable to reimburse any losses.
Finally, for any requests to reset the password, we will verify that multiple accounts do not exist for one user. The Beemoov support team reserves the right to suspend one or multiple accounts for an indefinite amount of time.
