I just completed Huang Chu's outfit with my 1st fragment today, but when I got my 2nd fragment, it said I got another Huang Chu fragment and no outfit item showed up when I got redirected to the event page. When I got my 3rd fragment, I got a Koori fragment and the outfit item showed up for this one, but I still havent got any item for my 2nd fragment today.

Is this a bug or do i just need to wait it out?

My companion doesn’t bring me fragments anymore, not yesterday and today doesn’t look any better so far. Previously it would find them immediately at the first exploration of the day. Anyone else?

I thought the pieces weren't supposed to be in places like that anymore? Is this what they call making things easier for us? Doing absolutely nothing at all?
They could've given us at least a list of the possible fragment places. Or at least they could've told us if the fragment location is different in the two versions. But nooo, that's way too much to ask.

If you look through the forum you'll see people in the beginning sharing where they found the fragments. In places that could be a bit unusual. I recommend looking through their comments to see if it could help you in your searching. The first day I spent about 45 minutes looking for it but knowing the places it could be, I finish finding it in less than 5 minutes these past days.

Experienced a similar thing on my French account today. I found a Huang Chu fragment and got the gloves after finding the fragment on the site. Then went to buy some companion food and got a Huang Chu fragment as well. The next thing I know is I get the gloves once more. So no new clothing piece, just the same for two fragments.

So far, I found all three every day, and yes, some of them took a little longer, but the trick is to look in every possible and clickable place, every tabs and tiles, like the different sections in the closet, or in the shops, the library. I found some on the bottom of the inventory page, the blacklist, on the My account page, in the library, in the bank. Sometimes, it's a little harder to spot them especially if you go through all the pages fast. Sometimes, you need to look a little closer, check every inch of the page you are on, check both The Origins and the A New Era versions of the site, and if you couldn't find the fragment the first time, go back later, or try the app. It happened to me once that I checked everything, but I couldn't find it, and a little later, when I went to the main page it popped up in between two tiles. So, it's not impossible to find them at all. Just ignore that they said it would be easier to find the fragments, and look everywhere, and maybe in different times of the day. Don't give up and say it's impossible, because it's not. I'm sure I'm not the only one who had no trouble finding them so far. There are plenty of tips on where they can be found in this topic, use them as a guide. I don't know what else can be said to help.

It's getting a little annoying that people always complain they can't find the fragment on the site. Around the beginning of the event, it was said (I don't know who said it) that you need to check absolutely everywhere, and I have been doing that ever since, and voila, no problems for me. At this point, I don't think it's only luck.

This tip makes sense and it's a good idea to solve the fragment issue, but the fact remains that the current system for the exploration fragment is pretty sucky for unlucky players. Players will be constrained to explore the same 10min areas until you find the fragment. When I found mine today, I only had 20 energy left. And there's always the market where you can get an outfit piece you might have missed. Yes, they can be sold at a high price, but after the event, people, who have shops (like I do) will (probably) update them with the new items (I know I will), and you can look for items there and negotiate a good price. I know, it's not the same, but if you don't use energy potions, there's no way you can find every item, and if you do, then why does it matter if your companion finds the fragment later?

And to those who can't find the fragments on the site on in exploration at all for days despite checking everywhere and at different times: if you feel it's a bug, send a ticket to support, because the other people here can't help with that problem. We can only tell you where we found the fragments. There's no point in complaining all the time here, where we can't do anything about it. Asking for tips is perfectly fine, and I'm happy to share the location where I find mine on the site in the following days, but that's all I or the other players can do here.

has no one actually mentioned in the forum that these fragments around the site are 1-3 inches small so it's hard to see them, wouldn't that kinda be a tip for people who still can't find them, also my bank won't load today have a suspicion that my lost fragment may be there

Y'know, I read earlier about there being some issues with picking event outfit items with how they're layered.  At the time, I thought it was about the bottoms of the Diva Fenghuang outfit, which is partially hidden, and I thought "yeah, what else is new, they've done this before?" (Not that it's not an issue, but it's a familiar issue)

And then I got the Kitsune shoes.

They were completely buried under the stockings.  All I could see was the faintest metallic outline along the toes.  And because they're only designating the color of the outfit instead of the actual outfit item, I had no clue what the basic design of the Kitsune shoes were!  I couldn't see them even after I picked the item, I had to go into the shop and click on what I had picked to see what it was!

I'm glad that I like the color choice (I might've chosen a different one, but who knows) since I was only looking at the metallic line, but geeze, really?  If an outfit is buried under other parts of the outfit I can kinda see why you'd want it layered properly with the outfit but the shoes below the stockings?

It's the little details that show how little Beemoov cares, huh?

Alright, having seen and read everyone’s posts, I want to clarify a few things I learned from the team just this morning and generalize my personal experience with the event.

In concerns to the fragments on the site, they didn’t actually make things easier for some- they just upped the ante on the “randomizer” effect of where the fragments could be. For example, before the update, mine were, for the most part, in the exact same place everyday. After it however, I couldn’t find a single fragment for a solid ten+ hours until I found it on the homepage of the “A New Era” part of the site. (It was hidden between two to three of the panels on the right of the page you first see when you switch over, the one where your character is on the left and these panels of options to the right.) Then, it was to the left of my email and password in the “My Account” page while on Origins, and finally, this morning, it was hidden in the top left corner of the episodes page in Origins. My point with bringing this up is that these are VERY different spots from where I started originally, (the archives on Origins for most of the days prior,) and based on some of the posts of other players, they too are experiencing this drastic randomization. So, don’t be surprised if it takes you a while- the fragment could quite literally be anywhere.

In concerns to the companion exploration fragment, I got a reply from the devs saying they recommend that you spend at least ten energy points to get one, however that’s not always enough. It used to be where you could get it first try, though that’s a rarity now, but there have been instances where I’ve used all of my energy points for my companion and I received a fragment as a result of the last run. (However, I did do it so that my energy bar was at zero by the end of things, so whether that determines anything I don’t know.) And other times, I’ve gotten fragments with different amounts of energy left, and there have been times where I would refill my companion’s energy and get a fragment from that second batch. It’s more a game of luck now really- it doesn’t really matter where you explore, the chances of getting a fragment are different with each day,

Now, for the layering of the clothes for the outfits, yes, they are messed up. At the beginning of the event they were fine, but they bugged out after the update I think, and serve as a after-effect of such. I know it’s not easy to see things now, but the best chance you have is choosing the color you like and then seeing it in the shop. It’s the best advice I can offer you on that at the moment, as I am unsure whether it will be fixed or not by the time the event ends.

For the occasional player saying that Beemoov doesn’t care, I know it can seem that way, but the ones running Eldarya are only human too, much like on their other games. I know it’s frustrating when things aren’t perfect for an event, but we all must remember to be patient and that the devs are trying their hardest to get things fixed in a timely manner. They have already recognized that there are things wrong with this event, and have already given us extra time to compensate for it, as well as the thought of boosting the bar at the top if we can’t make it all the way ourselves. So I know it’s easy to be frustrated at the people with the power to control things like this, but it doesn’t always mean that the people on the other ends of these frustrations deserve it.

Please, just remember to be kind and respectful to others, as they aren’t any different from you.

I know it's being said a million times here, but the fragments seem to be not showing up at all for me. I've clicked on every page the site has and searched every corner and I can't find a fragment anywhere! The only place left could be the recharge tab, which isn't loading at all for me. I've cleared my cache and tried again, still can't find a fragment on the site.

At this point even with the extra days added to the counter, I won't be able to even finish because of not being able to find the hidden fragments on multiple days, which sucks cause I was excited that this event didn't have a minigame attached to it because those are always difficult for me to play, and hard/buggy in general :(

but that community bar has not moved more than 29% in the past couple days for me

I already cleared my cache and cookies and waited around 7 hours. I still didnt get my clothing item and my fragment counter is still missing 1 from today, although all 3 missions are checked off. So i sent a support/report. Will  update the thread if anything happens in case other people encounter the same issue.

I think the issue here is players are stuck with 2 options that are both unfavorable. They are either:

(1) Stuck exploring those 4 10 energy areas until they find a fragment. While that gives them more chances to collect the items from those places, it conversely gives them less chances to explore other areas; or

(2) If they opt to explore whatever 15 or 20 energy areas they want to explore and hope to find a fragment there, there's the risk that they end up not getting the fragment. Like other players have said in this thread, some have had the clutch luck of finding the fragment on their last exploration, or even having had to use energy potions for a 2nd run.

Yeah when there are problems, we have to adjust instead of just sulk and complain, but it's still quite unfair for the unlucky players and must get pretty frustrating.

There's a third option as well.

Most companions have at least 100 energy points. If they go to the four 10 energy locations first, they use up 40 energy in total. They have 60 left, they can either go to three 20 energy locations; four 15 energy locations; two 20 and two 10 energy locations; two 15, one 20, and one 10 energy locations, or some other combination, I'm not gonna list all, so that's at least 7 explorations for a 100 energy companion (if you go only to the 10 energy locations, it's max 10 explorations). No need to stick to only the four 10 energy locations until they find a fragment (I said start with them, not stick to them). After exploring those, they can go to other places as well. This way, they would have a higher chance at finding the fragment, and they could explore at least seven different places out of the eleven locations. That would give them more item variety as well. And this little calculation was for 100 energy companions. I believe that almost everyone, who has an adult companion, has more than 100 energy points, so that's a little bit more explorations. The trick is to use the energy points wisely. Again, I didn't have any problem finding the fragments in exploration, and my companion has 110 energy points. She finds the fragment for about the fifth try, and she still has enough energy left to explore other places as well. And this happened every day without me having to use energy potions. Yes, if people only go for the 15-20 energy locations, they might not find the fragment before they run out of energy, and if they stick to the 10 energy locations, they don't get many items, that's why they should try something in the middle.


Also, I found the fragment on the main page (A New Era) in between the Companion, Library, and Shops tiles/windows on the right side of the page.

The search of the voice fragment is nice and reminds me of the chocolate egg hunt, and fixing its visibility is great! Thank you

All the companion exploration events with so many options are always welcomed
My only coment I haven't met any companion in my explorations

Having to pay the 50 maanas to any of the shops of the Purrekos balances pretty well with the daily recieved maanas.
Also since our companion needs to feed due to the exploration, we can buy the 50 maanas in food.
Or we can buy Event outfit items from the Event section at Purriry.

Completing the 3 daily tasks allows to complete the event, they are doable tasks. I really like this event thank you.

The outfits are gourgueos and inspired in characters I love them!

I found why I couldn't send my companion to exploration.
I forgot I'd sent it explore yesterday but in the Origins version
I tried to send it explore in the New Era version from my celphone today
So the notification that it was in and ended exploration didn't show in the New Era page in my celphone (from the web browser)
So found my problem, just in case, I don't want to create a non existing bug.
