Am I the only one who can't send the companion on the stairs on the right, between the Secret Door and the Lyrical Flight? I had the point there until tuesday then it disappeared

My companion has not brought a fragment yet.

I couldn't find a fragment last night, no matter where I looked, and today I found it in a place I'd looked several times.  The game may be buggy (we know that happens), but it may also be time to consider the possibility that the voice fragments may move as you navigate, so finding one might be randomized.

My guess is Beemoov deleted that place since there were no items there (and moving items from other places there would just be confusing in the middle of the event)

Oh good. I’m glad things have been fixed for you. Sadly I haven’t found a fragment yet on either Origins or New Era, but I’ll look again a little later. I’ll keep you updated on where I find mine in the hope that it helps in the future.

I'm writing this again,but really. I really hate the music/theme song of this event. And the bad part is it's impossible to close this music through options. It always starts playing again and again loudly from nowhere. I'm tired to shut the PC's voice down all the time.

I gotta ask because I'm sure I heard the soundtrack from the event long before

is it from Peritune? I know they have royal free music (I saved a bunch of tracks myself to consecuently use them later on a game I want to make), but like I'm sure I heard it at some point

heck, I opened the page and the music started and I thought I had clicked somehow in one of my music files until i realised it came from the eldarya webpage

Like I try to search the credits, but I can't find them
I'm listening to it again and I'M SURE it's from peritune, shouldn't credits be visible even if it is royal free?

credits SHOULD be visible somewhere even if royal free as the track is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License

beemoove is strict to enforce copyright for their work, but should do the same with other people's work as well (and not just show credits in the souce code of the page.....)

I'm pretty sure all the music they use is from Peritune. If you play the events on MCL, all of them that I've seen have said "Music: Peritune". So I just assumed they were a part of beemoov that works on the music.

Thank you for replying! Sadly mine wasn’t there, but I finally found it hidden between two of the panels for the main page of A New Era when you first click over. (The page where you can see just about everything you can access, like your character is on the left, and the panels for your companion, the shops, recharge and more are on the right.) It wasn’t there hours before, but I’m just glad I found it. But, now we know that these fragments can be quite literally anywhere. I wish everyone luck and have a nice day or night!

Edit: Okay, just so everyone knows, I just found my fragment for the new day, (7/11/21,) in the menu for my account. (Your username>My Account>And it was on the left by my email and password.) Be sure to check there- you never know if your fragment is there or not. Happy hunting!

On the clothing items

I'm glad some of the bugs have been fixed, or are being given attention to. But one of the things that still irk me the most is the fact that I cant see the clothing item i'm picking after finding a fragment.

It's been a few days now, and the fact that I need to spend maana to get the color I want because I chose the free item blindly is beginning to get on my nerves

I don't think it would be too much work to fix the previews by changing the color palette to the actual image of the item used in the shop. I wouldnt mind if they cant fix the items to show on the model, so long as I can actually see what the clothing item looks like.


On the scattered fragments

I havent had any problems finding my fragments even before the event update, though I've found mine in hard to find places like the journal, attic, and hair tab in the clothes shop.

But I'm curious to know if the fragments show differently between the new era and origins. Is it possible that you find the fragment on the recharge page in new era but not on origins? if that's the case, it's still double the effort and trouble to find the fragments.

I haven't been able to find the fragment today. I've checked the site 3 times in the ''regular'' places (and twice on the origins version as well). So either my game is very laggy right now and the fragments don't show up or they didn't actually make it easier at all despite saying they would. I'm not about to go check any sections in the different shops and whatnot because they're not supposed to be in those anymore.

I can't find the frag today either. Annoying since they said they made it easier to find.

I'm having issues with this as well, sometimes it even plays double after you get a fragment and are switched to the event tab, so when you go to turn it off part of it still plays even when you switch tabs..

For everyone who doesn't like the music:
You could try to mute the tab or site.

Different browsers show up differently, but on mine I can right click a tab up at the top and there is the option to mute tab. I know chrome says "mute site" as an option.

So I see players are still having issues with finding the fragments. And now are having problems concerning the companion fragment.
I'm glad that it seems that the team is listening to the players during this event and have "made fragments easier to find" and added more time to the event.
I had no struggle finding my fragment today, although others still are. My companion is out right now, so I guess we'll see how that goes. And I'm so very thankful for the extra time!
Found my fragment in the "Recharge" tab today.

I didn't have any issues finding the voice fragment before the update and neither did my companion (used to bring back the voice fragment on the first exploration after the reset) but today...nothing.
"Easier" for me to find? That's  debatable...easier to actually click on and receive it yes.
Easier for companion to find?...absolutely impossible for my companion now. Guess I'll see how it goes after the reset...

And on a side note the event exploration page has been glitchy for me as well today (saw some comments from other people), but with me I sent my companion out--it was a 20-minute thing...I actually saw the countdown timer and the remaining energy amount.
I left and came back about 20 minutes later and it acted as though it was never sent out...even the energy that was removed...was back...
???

But I did see a few days were added to the event so luckily, even if my companion never finds another one, I will still be able to get the remaining outfit pieces with getting the other two everyday.

I just completed Huang Chu's outfit with my 1st fragment today, but when I got my 2nd fragment, it said I got another Huang Chu fragment and no outfit item showed up when I got redirected to the event page. When I got my 3rd fragment, I got a Koori fragment and the outfit item showed up for this one, but I still havent got any item for my 2nd fragment today.

Is this a bug or do i just need to wait it out?
