..If you want to use maanas for "origins episodes" then I think that the only way is to consume all your ancient coins, in whatever you want of course >.< .. I was playing the episode and it started to deduct maanas from me only after all my Ancient Coins were finished Now talking about the boutique..I come from the European server and when I saw the boutique at first, I was highly disappointed! Why? Because since I'm a collector I knew since the start that I would have not be able to rebuild all my wardrobe again. I did not find this a real compensation since I was in a position in which I had to choose what I liked the most. However, when you announced that you were going to put again all the items during the following events, I felt much relieved and that was good thing to do. Thanks for that Beemoov ♡
But I think that some adjustments would have be better. For example, instead of putting all the items in ancient coins, why not leave the item that are event map based priceless? Why should I pay for something that I gained for free in the map? It doesn't make sense...Same applies for the items that come from the normal map, why should I pay for those? Those should have be for free. And the fact that you kept the drop of the normal maps lower as it used to be it just left me speechless.
It will be only fair for you beemoov, to raise the drop so that eu players can retake fast the items that come from normal map (and why not, do the same also for the two servers that were not affected).
One more thing I have to say and it related to the items bank that were available for all players in the beginning. As a pay to play it actually upset me a bit, since users that never pay were able to gained it. It wasn't all the bank outfit but still I don't know, I just felt a bit fooled
(I'm not upset at the users but at the company, so don't take this message personally, if I was a free to play I would have took that opportunity too XD)

And there are still a few bank outfit pieces available even after they said they would remove all of them.

Coz I tried it last week and it still deducted 2 points for every dialogue instead of 1. I was hoping to get another one of the 4 illustrations for cheaper since these episodes are really pricey and there's still some time until episode 5 comes up, so I started an episode reply for ep 3, but now I am disappointed and frustrated that I have to spend the full 3K manna to finish the reply if I want to get back to the main story, which is bs. Couldn't they have specify from the start that the 50% off of episodes 2 and 3 manna price was available only for EU servers?!

There was a post on this forum thread which had all their announcements on Instagram or Facebook or whatever platform they use, and in there it explained more stuff such as why we got some ancient coins refunded for illustration purchases and stuff like that, and among these information was listed a 50% off of the maana for episodes 2-3 of a New Era. Since the ancient coins refund policy was available for all servers, how could have I or anyone else deduced that the other news/announcements were available only for the EU servers?! It would've been nice to get a notice from the admin explaining these stuff since not everyone uses Ig/Facebook nor has an acc on the EU servers. It's really dumb how they made a post on the technical messages thread about removing the bank outfits from the shop, but they never explained the whole ancient coins refund thing or other of the stuff they had on their social media!

Yes, there was a post, and someone else had a the same problem.One of the moderators then wrote that the discount might only be on the EU servers, and if you're not sure, ask support. So, I'm sorry to say this, but what happened to you is your fault, too, because you didn't look for more info on the subject before playing the episode. And to avoid these kind of things in the future, try not to take everything you read on the forum for granted, especially when it comes from another player (who might also not understand everything), and not from a moderator or the team. It's okay to ask for help or clarification before you do anything. But I agree that they could have been more specific.
If you think about it, they gave people (on every server) a refund for the illustrations because everyone bought them for the same price which was a little too much. Everything you can get from the antique shop and the prices are the same on all servers. Everything concerning the antique shop affects everyone, because it is available for everyone. But the discount for the episodes concern mostly the EU servers, since they lost all of their progress, and it was a way to help them get back to where they had been before. And because they didn't have the same amount of maanas to begin with as people on the other two servers they were far behind.

I think it was an accident that they put some bank outfits there. So they might now be removing those. I noticed that there was the Satsuki hair there on the first day but soon after they removed it. Could be that I'm in the Absynthe guard so the team did something about those only guard exclusive items.

So any bank outfit peices that are still in the shop will be reported and removed.

Every European server had to be rebuilt as a result everyone who had accounts on said server had to make new ones. The relaunch happened on April 12th. Please note that when you make a new account on the EU servers that there will be a pop-up thoroughly explaining everything about it and you will only have until May 9th to access the Antique Shop to gain everything you would like (illustrations, outfits etc.) With the exception of Bank Items that can ONLY be retrieved via reimbursement that is explained in the proper section of the Assistance Forum under Antique Shop.

I am a bit confused. I stared playing an episode the Maana wasn't being used but the antique coins. what will happen will it runs out? will we go back to using maana ?
I just realized this now as I was playing. I wonder what this means, as in are the antique coins replacing Maana? I went crazy buying items at the antique shop then realizing

Does anyone have a list of Eldarya bank outfits ? Or is Starry Witch, Youth Seeker, Wintry Monarch, Cozy Winter, Claus Maiden to name a few not a bank outfit and could possibly be seen in the later upcoming events? Some of the outfits in the earlier years were only available in the Shop for GC hence my asking.
