It is super unprofessional from Beemoov, to mess up with the site when we are just in the middle of the event. This is the second day I cannot get into the shop to buy food for my familiar so I'm missing out on the event/exploration, which is basically the only thing at this point that keeps me playing. If they were to make changes on the site, do it after the stupid event so you don't cause bugs and make it impossible for the normal players, who didn't do anything wrong, to enjoy your game. I'm seriously amazed at how unprofessional Beemoov really is and they've kinda proven this several times now...

Not that it will help with the current situation with site being laggy, but I found both companions. I decided to keep the mummy cat, but not the Goat. If you want you can message me when the site is less laggy and I can put it on the market for you. Had to reword that considering the current scandal.

Event related though, if it was found through exploration, would it be usable then?

The server didn't work for a whole day, then looked like working again. Did it? NO.
And what about the botique? I NEEDED food for my companion, it doesn't have energy to explore, I don't have energy potions AND  it's about to GO BACK INTO THE EGG!
Then I would have had to pay 300 maana to re-hatch it, that's ridiculous.
I seriously expect Beemov makes up for all of this.
I love the story, I love game, but not this kind of **** happening when players are most active and need both time and the botique.

Ok, so I have an issue, I can not get into the companion shop to buy food for my companion, I click it it gets stuck loading. I even left it to load over night and no progress. Oh and I can no longer get any fragments stuck on the last 3, starting to think there is a glitch.

Yea it'll be usable, the marketplace has minimum episode completion/level now. So if you find the eyes in the exploration you'll be fine

Why is the market not allowed anymore to the accounts under level 7 ? It happened during the event, there is no announcement, and I'm sad because I wanted to earn maanas during the event.

I think you could at least make an official annoucement before deactivate without explanation a very important part of the game, espacially during an event...

EDIT 2 : I read the first announcement and I'm not sure that changing the level of the players who can go to the market will change something, but let's see the second announcement

EDIT 3 : At least there are announcements so I can stop complain but I still think that it's stupid to lock the access to the market to lots of players for a handful of people who already have been punished ....

I am having issuses trying to purchase coins but it will not let me. I have tried four times and it won't go through. The game has been bugging out and is there anyone who can help?

Oh wow. That new marketplace rule is the breaking point for me. I'm not going to complete episode 6 because I don't care about the plot, I'm only here for the dressing up aspect of the game. This sounds more like a money grab than a legitimate rule too, because I shouldn't be punished for the actions of others (who will probably find a way around this new rule anyway) and forced to spend money on episodes. I'm not going to spend my mana/maana/manaa (do I even care anymore?) on completing episode 6 when now I can't even sell my items to be able to afford the completion of those episodes. First y'all gonna ruin My Candy Love, and now Eldarya too?
