Too long explanation about MCL

They (game's authors) changed the action point (MCL's "maana")- system: AP is now spent via conversations instead of moving place to place like before.
"Hey!" (-2AP)
"Hi how are you doing?" (-2AP)
"Good. I was just looking for you." (-2AP)
etc. but also texts like "..." and "(Next)" costs AP and that's just dumb.

Therefore episodes now cost 2000-3000AP more than before. (edit: I forgot to mention that I personally like the new system more because it's fairier to all than the old one.. but it's still too costly.. and it's annoying to stop middle of the conversation because there is not any AP left.. sometimes it's hard to calculate how much AP will go to one discussion, it can be sometimes over 60AP)

And we had Q&A-session around the end of August if I remember correctly and we have still not received all of the answers (about half of them are now out and if this continues like this we get the last part (8 parts in total) of the answers in December). Answers itself are like some lazyass has answered them ("Can you rise the amount of dollars per day?" "No."  or "Why put Candy in the University?" "It's the marketing strategy."). Basically we are walking wallets to them and as long as there is money on the wallet and it's coming to them they don't have to change anything. They pretend to care (however they are bad actors) and say things that don't come true (like they will keep more touch to us and listen us more but well).

They removed the minigames and changed how much AP and dollars we get by logging in: 30AP (which is ok imo) and 5 dollars (which is too low because outfits in episodes cost over 100 dollars). And there is limit now how much AP and dollars you can have (3000) by free. Also the Bank is more expensive if I know correctly I don't spend money on that game myself.

Also, they started "a new story" where Candy is in University but they didn't inform us at all that 3/5 of the date candidates are completely removed from the story and the one remaining date's personality is changed like opposite so he is like a new whole character too. New dates are not so interesting than the original 5. However that isn't too big problem to me personally because I was not so attached to my first date (my first date was that one who changed). First I was in shock and mad but I got used to it quickly however some of the players are still not ok with removing some of the original dates.

Some of the latest High School-episodes are written badly and includes mistakes.

Sadly I might have.. forgot to mention something.. MCL has been kind of warzone couple of months now. Most loudest people are still demanding rights and attention and some are just sad and disappointed. And the loudest part may attack the people who actually likes some of changes or the University (because is it crime to have a different opinion, right?). Some of the players are also threatened to leave whole MCL (and few are actually left I guess). The atmosphere there is tense and, may I say, exaggerated/overly dramatic. (and now somebody is coming to stone me) 

Aaand now when I'm here, can anybody say is it informed when the Halloween event ends? They said it will be extended. Thanks

I don't know any jokes in English (for lightier end) so I just translate the most stupid Finnish "joke" to English: Man went to the store. Shovel.

They haven't made a post saying how long exactly it will be extended yet. Perhaps they're waiting until they've worked out the bugs the new changes made first to determine how long exactly it should be.

MCL

I personally like the AP portion of the changes because I always get stuck spending hundreds to find a single characters. Now I only spend AP if I'm moving forward in the story.
I still don't like the $ part, but if they keep prices in UL lower then I can live with it because I don't have much left in HSL. Wish they would adjust the prices of clothes for HSL to reflect the $ change.

Edit: A part you forgot that many are complaining about at the moment is that they are no longer making new event clothing for the high school avatars, but sticking to making event clothing for university avatars. Personally I don't mind this because HSL has a large quantity of items already and UL doesn't have much at all yet.
I do understand why some others are bothered because they are new and don't have much, or aren't far in the episodes and haven't unlocked as much in the shop though.

hello!! just wondering, but i noticed that we get 2 clothing items each time my companion goes exploring. Does that mean we'll only fill up the special chance bar when

(a) we finish all 100+ items per location but you still explore there
(b) and only get an illustration or
(c) when you fail to catch a companion egg??

it got me wondering what we can get from the special chance bar cause it seems like it's impossible to not get any clothing item for 15 consecutive tries

@Sade Thanks. I noticed the changes but I'm not much of a forum goer there too so I ddn't know it made such big waves. I'm still in High School so the new system actually comes in Handy (except for the lesser $ and the AP cap.)

I like the veiled claws outfit, and the asymmetric hem dress is also nice (thoughts low cut is challenging to style). Some of the accessories are weird though. Oh well, probs not finding the illustration anyway...

Nope, that's from the Easter event. Sorry for making it confusing.

I saw people on the French forum find them and figured it out myself.

No problem, I asked just to make sure. I liked that wig and I wondered if it became a map item in the meantime.

God, that is some deduction. I tried to look for word keys in some of the threads, but I know 0 French, so it was extremely hard for me. I am glad we have hard workers like you around here. To keep us informed.

Thank you I didn´t realize that it´s a rare item before! I´m sure you´ll have luck and find it too soon enough

Might be an impossible question, but do we know how rare they were? I've just seen two Cassandre wigs on the market, and another above this post. Haven't seen anyone wearing the other styles, but it would be nice to know in terms of pricing.
