It's a shame what happened, hope everyone is safe! I'm sure everything will end well, we just need to be a little more patient (I have an spanish account too, since my main language is spanish, good thing I know a word or two in english haha)
It also happened with the european servers with MCL, so I'm sure they would be able to fix it, we just have to wait a bit more!
I don't know about the color palette, but I'm all green, which represent my guard and also simbolizes hope ♡

Fortunately there were no injuries during the fire,
I hope I can recover my 2 accounts, in which I have invested a lot.

I really hope the servers will be okay and that at least most things were backed up/there isn't too much data loss (as it sounds like there will be some).
Hopefully the European servers can make their return very soon <3 And then we can all play Episode 4 together

I was quite surprised to find out what happened to the European server. It will be 1 year since I registered on this server. I have been playing on Hungarian server since about 2017. I see there are other Hungarians here besides me who was also answer.
I hope they can solve this rather unpleasant problem soon...

I am a player from Polish server. I've also had an account here for several years but haven't used it much (during one or two events). Now I moved there to play a bit because I really miss my favourite game. I am very anxious about my pets (some were very strong ones, like Blobbiathan) and collected items (I've been playing since the 1st Christmas event) 
but the good thing is that I completed the 1st season with Nevra there. Here I will play with another guy, probably Ezarel or Leiftan. If my Polish account is restored I will probably play the 2nd season with Nevra.
I hope we will meet soon in the Polish version. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the team who works on European servers!

As for myself, I've had an account on the French server since 2016 (same as this account) and I really really hope everything will go back to normal. I have a lot of things I don't want to lose and I really hope I could go back to use my French account soon. This thread was created the 19th of Mars but does we have any updates since then? Also I guess there is no Easter event either this year on Eldarya but it could've been nice to get a notification if they're gonna push it to later or just skip it this year. I feel like everything here is put on hold and it's understandable they're working hard to restore everything.

I really hope to get back them.
I don't want lose all I have , my illustrations , clothes, familiars and progression. So I really hope accounts data are safe.
My French guardian Godiee is in Absynthe Guard so I share an outfit I made on her in February 2020 for support her guard ^^

The servers are back online, but we lost everything and had to create new accounts.
