The "Fight on Friday" outfit is a bank outfit. The outfits that where only available through money aren't in the shop. (The users who bought them can send proof of this to beemoov and obtain them afterwards. But they are not for every player. That's just fair because not everyone spent the money on them back then.)

I honestly don't know why the winter deer and Daemonika are available. Though I am happy that this is the cas. I love the deer skin.
I guess the animated items are there because everyone had the chance to get these (people sold them at the market) so they had to make sure that everyone would be able to recover them.

I'm in 1/3 way of recovering stuff I had on my Polish account and i can easily say that for players like me those 350k are NOT enough. So far i managed to buy like 30% of both items and eggs i had and i have "only" 145k left.
I do admit i bought more backgrounds than i previously owned but even if I didn't i still wouldn't be able to buy many items. I already had to say goodbye to the illustrations and plenty of eggs since they cost a fortune so it's either them, clothes or episodes.
As of now, I hope they will reply to my support ticket and add the bank-exclusive sets such as previously mentioned "fight on friday" as well as a reasonable amount of antique coins to buy some of their colour variants.
I'm getting really tired of this game's current state and I simply miss my old account with a TON of items that I gathered and bought, over those last 5 years and like many people commented on Eldarya's fb pages, even with all the "gifts" and free items it will never be the same.
This accident did teach me one thing though.
To seriously consider ever spending money on virtual goods because god knows how easily it all can go to waste.

Again for those who spent actual currency on the game before January of 2020 please do this to get reimbursed by the team (also please note this options is only available on the EU servers):
Go to "your account" by clicking on your name (top right list under your username, the second option). There is a button to retrieve the credit, for many payment options there is a simple form to fill and you will be reimbursed. Although two methods below must be used in an email to support@beemoov.com
Credit card:
* Old/Current Username (Please state if you changed usernames)
*The email address associated to the accounts
*The date and the amount in €/$ of a recent transaction.
*Last 4 digits of the credit card you used.
Pay Pal:
* Old/Current Username (Please state if you changed usernames)
* The email address associated to the accounts
* If it's not the same email address, the email address/username of the Paypal account.
* The date and the transaction ID* of the transaction.
* Transaction ID's can be found in the confirmation email you get when you make a payment or on the Paypal website, in the payment history section.
Please Note that due to the influx of requests this may take time for the team to get to your ticket. Please be patient!

Also I have made a new account and find it pretty nice of them to give us the oppurtunity to collect so many things, especially since most servers did not even get some of the items that were only given to the french server at the very beginning.
But I guess we will see if the amount of coins is enough to get most stuff back from like a 7+ years collection

Appreciate what you have before you lose it, because know this everything you have you will soon lose and everyone you know and love will soon someday die. It's the way of life. Also I think Beemoov should remove the cap that only lets you use the market if you played said episode. I won't use the coins to play already played episodes, since the ancient coins aint even enough to rebuild my closet. And do you we have to level up for certain companions that require a higher level? That would be a mess xD

You have to make a completely new account as did everyone on the EU servers. When you create your new account there will a message that explains everything and you will be given 350k Ancient Coins that you can use to not only rebuild your new account but play S1. Along with 1000 manna and 100 GC. If you bought anything before January of 2020 please follow the steps to be reimbursed Here

I received two tickets on my Hungarian account, but I never sent a message to the support team on that account. What's even more weird is that my supposed messages were written in Russian (did not translate them, not my messages, not my business). I don't speak Russian, I didn't send those messages. Then why did I receive tickets for them? And what's with the person who did ask for help? Can that person have the same username as me and that's why this happened? I sent the team a message saying those were not sent by me but someone else. Hopefully, they will be able to figure this out.

That outcome of someone having your username and getting someone else's is actually something I never heard of especially since the email that the player uses is linked to one account only. You did the right thing by reporting it to the team, Support is just most likely overwhelmed and made a mistake.

As it states in the post by the technical team Bank outfits were never supposed to be available to no effected servers (BR and U.S) any Bank outfits found on these servers will be removed.

I don't know if it's related to your issue but on Polish server, after starting ANE it says " the first episode isn't available in your language yet, come back later!"
So i'm guessing Hungarian one just hasn't got translated yet too.

And I didn't receive any messages when I started the first episode of A New Era. And it starts, but the dialogue box on the bottom doesn't show up entirely. There's no text in it either, and I can't click on it.
I wanted to start playing the episodes since they are half the price now on the EU servers.
I sent a ticket to the support team, hopefully, they correct this mistake, so we can play the episodes.

I think if you're not against spending some of your free 350,000 antique coins with all event illustrations, then it should be okay. It cost around 86,000 antique coins.
Personally, I think I prefer using that amount with more outfits though XDD
