So for the first time ever I got all the event companions without even really trying too!? What do people do with the companions? I have a Boltue so I don't thin there are any better than that since it has good stats and I don't have to spend money on food!. Do people just hatch the eggs for fun!?

@Azriel - FINALLY FIGURED OUT THE DAMN GAME! For the rectangle notes you have to start holding it a little before it reaches the line, and stop only when it's a little past the line!

I don't like the alchemy game. It could be ok, if we don't need to use maana and if ingredients were more easy to find on the map. I found all event companions, but playing the piano is frustrating... With 5 keys I can handle it but with 6 keys impossible... 
Illustration is not so important to me, but I still want to get that beautiful Air piano.

I think it said something about ''Start the event'' so I just dismissed it. Because I don't have the minigame completed (not that I will)
Soo... did I make a mistake or does it not make any difference?

I like the alchemy outfit, but I do have to agree that it cost literally all of my maana to make it. The mini-game is impossible. I could do the practice that only had me using the numbers 1-5 but the practice with 1-6 was impossible. I had to have my friend hit the notes for 3 of the numbers while I hit the notes for the other 3 numbers.

I like how, because of the event, when you try to access the alchemy minigame on the phone app the app crashes...
I need to craft food for my pet but it seems I can't use the app for that.

I have to agree with you. The drop rate of the event items is so low that most of the time it doesn't seem there is an event going on when you send your companion to explore.

I honestly thought we couldn't get a worse event than what we had for Valentine's Day... Aaaand then we got this.
I'm glad they made the piano game easier (and with the change I was actually able to get the air piano without using coins...), but the alchemy. Just making the items costs a lot (100 maana per item, Beemoov, what the...), and like it was said earlier, the drop rates are sooo loooooooow. I've heard people finding max 3 event alchemy items/person in total! So pretty much the only option is to buy them, which costs a lot so... good luck, free players.
This event has been a mess.

I was obliged to buy several ingredients from the shop after exploring proved to be somewhat futile and was not exactly thrilled about the overall cost. Spending Maana can be hard, especially if you're playing without the use of the bank function.
The music sheet outfit isn't the worst I've seen, I actually prefer it to Valkyon's 2019 Valentine's Day outfit, but that's just my personal opinion. The bank outfit is alright as well, but too similar to some of the other outfits we've received for me to want to spend the money for it.
And don't even get me started on the event mini game. I haven't succeeded on it even once and I don't expect to in the future.

So I've done the math, now that this event is basically over.
All event minigame complaints/'fixes' aside, this event was designed to be unfair. Specifically, the entire alchemy 'game' to make the event outfit. With my Ciralak companion at a high luck and 160 energy used each day, I've managed to find ONE total event scroll, one blue pigment, and the singing shampoo. Total. Not once have I seen a treble clef in exploration, if it's even available, which is required to make Every. Single. Outfit. Piece. The drop rate is absolutely insulting for all event items but the baits and companions.
So math time. To complete the event and get the (honestly subpar and not that attractive) outfit, I will need.... 3x more event scrolls (3x100), 1x nymphe hair (100), 1x catatapillar silk (150), 6x treble clefs (6x65), 2x qualified sewing kits apparently (non event but... 2x50), and don't forget! Each outfit piece also cost 100 maana just to make! So that's 6x100 on top of it all.
For a grand total of..... 1640 maana! For a sheet music skirt. Nah.
Fix the system or stop forcing alchemy on us.

Yeah, the whole alchemy thing was so unfair. Even though I hated the Valentine's Day event, that time we were at least able to find ingredients. But this time... I managed to find two treble clefs, and a few sewing kits + colourings. Not a single scroll or anything else for the event clothing (colourings and sewing kits are used for non-event clothes as well so I don't really count them).
I also feel that in general these events have become worse than they used to be. Earlier objects were pretty easy, like when we had to make chocolate or get fortuna clovers. But now the minigames are way more difficult, even unplayable, and to get the "free event outfits" we actually have to pay for them.
I know events are a great way for companies to make money, as there are always people who want to finish the event faster, buy more clothes or both. But to make them unfair to free players is just cruel. I'm a person who's spent A LOT for Beemoov's games (mostly for MCL 4-5 years ago), but I don't do it that much anymore. And even then I only did it because I wanted to (finish the episodes faster and get all the pictures/items), not because I felt forced to. With these new events it almost feels like Beemoov is forcing us to spend if we want to play the events at all.
// But I do have to add I've noticed Beemoov's games are not the only ones which have gotten "worse" (as in more difficult to get anything unless you spend more and more money). Looking at you Cybird... and you avex pictures... + Jam City's Hogwarts Mystery with their mini events and time-limited side quests, to mention a few.

Event Review
The Event
Alchemy was a big part of the valentines event, and even though the beginning was rough for it, I managed to gather all the ingredients from explorations and finished the event without too much difficulty. I decided to give this event a chance as well, since I expected that the alchemy items would appear from exploration. However, I was wrong. I only got three items from exploration that pertained to the actual event: 2x treble clefs and 1x nymph hair. I passed a few dyes along the way, but ended up buying most of them because I didn't have the colors I wanted. The drop rates were ridiculously low, and without spending over 1000 manaa, I could not have finished the event. The mini-game, personally, didn't pose too much difficulty, but that's only because I'm used to playing such games. For anyone not used to it, I can expect it to be hard. On a brighter note, the pets had a higher drop rate, and I managed to catch 4x Ailkamps, 2x Korivoras, and 1x Marquil. So thank you for that~
The Outfit
I saw a lot of dislike about the outfit, and while it doesn't look like something I'm used to, it isn't really that bad if I look at it long enough xD. The individual pieces can of course be used wonderfully with other combinations, especially the skirt and hair. Despite it not being too bad of an outfit, it was a lot of hassle to gather, and didn't seem worth it. Compared to previous years where we got 3x beautiful outfits for free, this year's outfit was both expensive and small in quantity (only 6 pieces). The bank outfit looks gorgeous, but since I don't buy at the bank, I can't really go into much detail.
Illustration and Ending
I read some state the perspective was off in the illustration. Looking at it, I didn't really spot anything out of the ordinary, so I can't really expand on that critique. I actually do like the illustration, but the amount of work to get it seemed too much just for a picture in my storage.
Overall Evaluation
While I did manage to finish the event, it took me logging in every 5 or so hours to do the mini-games as well as sell some items for more manaa. Without these extra efforts, it would have been impossible to finish without paying out of pocket in the bank. Previous events (even the valentines one) weren't as expensive and were more payable by a free player. However, this one was outright hard for someone if they just joined or didn't have any manaa saved up. This event has been the most disappointing since I joined Eldarya, and I hope that the Summer one won't involve as much struggle as this one did. On the bright side, we did get more pets than usual and the illustration is pretty, so I can say thank you for that. I also understand a lot goes into making an event and drawing everyone up, but the structure for this music event lead to wish for better. As usual, thank you for making us another event, because at least we get something! ^.^

I know it's meant to be random, but could someone please message me and let me know where they found their Korivora. Since the start of this event I haven't seen one once. I've seen the other two like a billion times, and they've been caught. But I have yet to see the third. Although my chances of catching it before the event ends are low.

I pre-registered here, have played and completed every event (quite happily the first 2 years) and this is the one that just turns me away.
It doesn't feel possible OR worth it.

I had a sliver of hope the event might get better, but it honestly didn't. I humored myself by at least sending my companion out...I have a legendary Owlett. I caught all the companions and an excess of their bait (even sold two extra eggs), but I was unable to complete/craft a SINGLE outfit item for the base maana cost of 100. Not one.
This event wasn't good.
My only thanks goes out for bringing back the previous years' items. I've wanted a harp for a long time and finally got it...you know, from a time when the items and clothes were actually worth the money.
