I've been waiting for the Valentine's Day event and I'm so excited it's finally here!
I love the new outfits for this year (Valkyon's is my fav) and I hear there's a new companion to collect.
My only problem with this event is the mini-game. The projectiles are coming in a bit too fast and the shield doesn't do a good job of protecting the hearts at all. I lost almost immediately.
I'm a little disappointed but I guess I'll keep trying and hope I get get all the outfits in time.

I love the concept behind this event!! I finally tried the infamous minigame for myself and I do agree the shield controls are pretty sensitive... Though I think the real problem is the fact that the projectiles come from multiple directions too quickly. I just barely managed to win with one heart left. I'd suggest at least slowing down the projectiles, it'd probably be too easy to just have them come from one place at at a time lol

This is probably my favourite outfit collection so far. Very versatile, and (with a bit of mixing) go well with my guardian.
It's a shame that they are so expensive in the shop, but at least I've now got a chance to get some of the previous outfits.

This is just... Beyond ridiculous. I'm not going to touch on the aspects of the minigame itself beyond it being difficult, because that point has been covered a million times before.
But when every single one of your players can tell this is a huge cash grab? That's when you need to step back and reevaluate your marketing. I'm someone who usually puts money into the game second day because I wanted to get all the outfits asap- You wanna be hyped about the event if you're going to put money into it, and there's not much of that going?
So we open the event. There's gorgeous clothing items! A step in the right direction! Then there's... no chance for anyone to really earn anything. The minigame is difficult, you only get one dialogue option and version of the minigame each day, and the boss battle probably isn't going to be much better.
Lets say I suck at the game (Which I do) and I fail every single day. I'm not motivated for the event, I'm kinda disappointed. There's no other ways for me to really get much further with it because I can't play the game again, and I can't advance very far on one chat a day. I'd have to perfect every single aspect of the event to even have a shot at getting all of the clothing, which a lot of people on this website are here for.
Your brain instantly goes 'This is a scam' and your desire to contribute to the game is low. It feels like the more money you put in for badly designed events like this the more it'll be promoted, and personally I don't think I'll be putting any money in this time because of it.
The game doesn't exist because it's a story someone wants to tell anymore. There's no real care behind anything. And that lack of care and attention to the details is going to cost more customers than you'll gain.

What a terrible mini-game. It says I should use keyboard arrows, except clicking the arrow once rotates the shield 1/3 of the way. Ex: the shield was all the way at the bottom and the attack was coming from the right. I clicked an arrow once and the shield completely flew past the side almost entirely to the top of the circle. I click shield back and it skipped the side completely again going down. Complete nonsense.

The "special" game at the end after all the guys is unbelievably difficult. I always end up being 4 hearts shy on round 8/8... soo unfair. I really wish you could just skip it or at least pass if you got to that round.. or even got bonus time for every time you pass a part of it. Even with my gaming mouse it's impossible

Everything looks amazing, but if you mess up on the mini games, you're SOL, unless you pay. I know they want to make money, but I really dislike the pay to win method of games.

Just thought I'd add that people saying that the minigame is difficult but possible,
didn't have to protect from all sides at once in their game.
So I'm curious, is the minigame completely random?
Because I definitely played an unwinnable game.
I really hope they fix it or give an apology at least.

I really like the outfits, but the mini-game is pretty difficult. Just using the left and right arrow keys is a pretty bad choice in controls when it comes to rotating an object rapidly. If all four arrow keys was used, then it would probably a lot easier to manage.

This is obviously purely created for money and nothing else.
If there are multiple things flying at you from all angles at the exact same time, how do you win?
Hearing the lame defense for the poor execution of the MCL giveaway being the "hard work" Beemoov is putting into the upcoming events actually angers me.
This is it? This is what we get? Another money grab.
I'm not going to try this, the clothes are cute but not worth the animosity it created.
I'm disappointed with Beemoov.
For this event and for the handling of the discord on MCL.
The lack of a response to my email, even after two weeks.
Then deleting posts because they were speaking the truth.
Can't wait to see this forum shut down too.
Another poorly executed event by glorious Beemoov.
The lack of respect you have for your players disgusts me.

hmm I LIKE the story (this would have made a GREAT bonus episode) but the mini game is a bit hard. I've only won once on my foreign accounts. Plus you can only play once a day
so thats 140 points (possible for ALL +10 responses)
plus 140 (win the game each day)
plus 225 (5 succubus battles with 45 points a piece)
That's 505 total yes, but that means we have to get PERFECT on several things-leaving room for ONLY a 55 point margin (so like 5 games out of 14 don't have to be perfect. Ya know-less than half 
I think this was set too high. Maybe like 300 points instead of 450 needed to "win."
Did I even do that math right?

Honestly if they don't reconsider this event's minigame in the next 2 days, I'm just officially done with ever spending any cash on both here and MCL. Obvious cash crabs and terrible customer service is not the way to go and it shouldn't take multiple people getting mad continuously for them to realise it.

Well... My excitement was thrown down the drain.
I did some math and there’s no way I’ll complete the outfits considering how difficult the heart mini-game is. There is no denying that this event is another money grab. Okay but why are the minigames and dialogue choices only available once a day? Wouldn't you be getting more hits on your site if you let us have multiple turns?
Also the outfits and concepts are really cool, I just think it's silly to only have the event available one a day.

--But I agree that it is a difficult mini-game or to easy to loose at it since the attacks come from different places at the same time. It is impossible to win if you have different attacks coming from different places/angles at the same time and speed.
Having multiple chances of playing per day or being able to add points for each time you manage to protect the heart from an attack with the shield even if you loose at the minigame, would help.
--Also, it would be better if we could talk to the three boys at least once a day instead of only one boy per day/once a day.
There are things that can be made better.

Oh goodness that mini game... I read earlier how difficult it was for players and I finally got to myself later on it just feels so odd! The way the shield shifts seems wonky switching it back and forth doesn't even look/feel right.
We'll see how this event goes for me but I highly doubt that I'll do any good. I'm glad that the MCL event is pretty fun for me since I enjoy rhythm games.
