On Eldarya.com, there exists different rules that are to be respected by any registered player. Please note that they are valid for the entire game as well as the forum. This means that they are applied to your private messages, your profile, your signature, etc.

Please note that every breach of these rules is subject to punishment, from a simple warning to a temporary or definitive ban from the forum or from the game itself.




☀ Multiple accounts are absolutely forbidden!
Multiple accounts are when one player has more than one account.
Multiple accounts will be closed.

Sometimes there are several people in one household/school/etc. who share the same IP address. If you are in this situation, please contact a moderator to report your family accounts and to avoid any misunderstandings or having your accounts deleted. Your account will be verified and once the family accounts are confirmed put on a safe list.
NOTE: Multiple accounts can/will be inspected by an admin. Reporting your family accounts does not ensure they will be accepted.


☀ Sharing your account with other players is prohibited!
Your account belongs only to you and you must not let other players use it or give out your personal account information.

☀ Spoilers!
Spoiling is the act of sharing any piece of information (episodes, illustrations, outfits, characters, etc.)  through PM, your status/profile, in the forum, outside link, etc. that has not yet been released on Eldarya.com.
Do not post, share or direct players to spoilers.


☀ Illustrations!
Illustrations (full or parts), from any episode, are NOT to be shared in any way on Eldarya.com.


☀ Errors or bugs in the game
Using bugs or errors in the game for your own advantage is forbidden.
If you experience an error, report it to the moderators or the support team immediately.


☀ Unauthorized access and/or interference with the site Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site's systems or any account, interference with procedures or performance of the site, or deliberately damaging or undermining the site is subject to punishment and will result in the immediate ban or blockage of your account

☀ Auto-Play
This function has been deactivated on the entire site as it constitutes an important nuisance.


☀ Attempt to defraud and account thievery
It is forbidden to ask other players for their login information.
Users who break this rule are subject to an immediate ban, blockage or deletion of their account.

☀ Requesting/Offering bank codes, Maana and/or Gold Coins is forbidden!
Users who break this rule are subject to an immediate ban, blockage or deletion of their account.

☀ Usernames
Account names should not include vulgar or inappropriate content.
Users who break this rule are subject to an immediate ban, blockage or deletion of their account.

☀ Personal Photos
For our players’ safety, photos of players under 18 are strictly forbidden and will be deleted if found anywhere on the site.

☀ Advertising
Any type of advertising(image, link, text, etc.) is not allowed on this website.

☀ Disrespectful Behavior
Any disrespectful behavior towards another player or the game team is subject to punishment, either by a simple warning or a temporary or definitive ban from the forum or from the game itself. Thank you for taking into account every warning you received from the game team.

☀ Forum, Profiles and Private Messages
Any messages that are violent, sexual, libelous, defamatory, racist, revisionist, defend war crimes, pedophiles, incite murder or suicide, incite discrimination or hatred, reproduction of a copyrighted work without authorization, contrary to current law and therefore punishable, are prohibited.

☀ Game Team Inboxes
It is forbidden to flood the inboxes of the administrators and/or moderators. They are all here to look after the smooth functioning of the forum, so thank you for not spamming their inboxes with messages that have no utility. If you feel the need to talk and share your ideas, you can use the appropriate section in the forum.

When sending a message to an administrator/moderator, be as precise and concise as possible so that they can deal with your request quickly and the most efficiently as possible. Useless messages will go unanswered and may, if deemed necessary, result in a warning or punishment.

☀ Chain Messages
Chain messages/letters/posts are not allowed, especially when they refer to a sensitive subject.

☀ LANGUAGE

Inappropriate or crude language is not allowed anywhere on www.eldarya.com.

Eldarya.com is the English version of the game. When communicating on this site, through private messages or in the forum, players are to communicate in English only. If another language is posted (a quotation for example), the English translation should always be included.
Any content that isn’t in English and doesn’t include an accurate English translation will be deleted without warning.

NOTE: The Eldarya.com forum includes an "International" section. The official language of the forums hosted in this section is Finnish. When communicating in these forums, users are to communicate in Finnish only.

- Choose the right forum section.
- Look at the ‘stuck’ topics, at the top of the forum section. This is where you will find any rules that are specific to a certain forum section.
- Take the time to read previously posted topics. Double posts will be closed and/or deleted.
- Make sure to have a clear title, a clear and understandable spelling (no text language). Confusing or inappropriate topics will be automatically closed.
- No flooding and avoid opening several discussions at the same time.



- First, choose the right topic.
- Flooding is forbidden and will be automatically deleted!
(What is flooding?: unnecessary and unrelated messages, such as off-topic, repetitive messages, messages that contain ONLY “reduced”/text messages (lol, ttyl, np, bc...), messages that contain ONLY emoticons.)
- Double posting is forbidden, because it is useless.  You can always use the "EDIT" function or the  "PREVIEW" button to see your message before posting it.
- Be clear and comprehensible: NO TEXT language, and remember to use correct punctuation and spelling.

Remember: A comprehensible message is the best way to get responses!

- Watch your behavior and comments: do not be aggressive and be respectful of others. (see the Terms of Service).
- In the case of a conflict, please use private messages to try and resolve an issue/dispute.
- Never use the forum to "call out" or "name" another player in the case of a conflict or disagreement.
- If the conflict becomes unresolvable and/or offensive, please notify a moderator, they will help to find a solution.

Know that the following  “sensitive” subjects are not tolerated in this forum, to ensure a positive environment and a certain security for our players:

✗ Death, Suicide and Self Harm:
Here are some specifications on this subject:
- Talking about suicide in any way is not allowed.
- Talking about self harm in any way is not allowed.
- Talking about murder is not allowed in any way.
- Descriptions or any detail about the act of dying or any death process is not allowed.
- Discussions about the death of any real person are not allowed.

The Eldarya forum is not a place for this sort of discussion.
If you need to talk about such personal matters, please visit a specialized site.

This subject is not meant to be taboo in our society, it should be the same for Eldarya.
The subject of homosexuality can however be a sensitive subject to some people, and we respect that.
If it is a subject in your post, include this detail in the beginning (in red in the first lines) and in the title/tag!
The aim of this is to let other readers know what they will be reading before they read it and if they choose to read such topics.

The term “Yaoi” is not allowed. It is an ambiguous term that is related to unapproved topics.

Moderators are users who volunteer their time to help other users but also to help keep the forum functioning properly. They are considered as authority figures and their comments and warnings should be taken seriously.

Moderators have the right to sanction any player that does not respect the Game and Forum rules.

Sanctions can go from a few days ban from the private messages and forum to a definitive ban from the forum. During this time, you can play Eldarya, but you will be unable to access the forum or your private messages.




In more extreme cases, your account on Eldarya can be blocked. When this is the case, the blocked account is completely inaccessible.

Users with blocked accounts should not create a new account to circumvent the sanction.

Banning a player is not done randomly, there are guidelines.
Here is a clarification on the functioning of the system:

Important Terms:
Ban: If a player receives a Ban, they will not be able to access the Forum, their Private Messages, their Comments, or edit their profile.
Immediate Ban: An Immediate Ban can be given to a player that doesn’t necessarily have 3 warnings.
Block: If a player’s account is blocked, they will no longer be able to access their game or edit their account in any way. They can simply log in to see the reason for the block.

Flooding on the forum / Not respecting the rules:
- (Flood / Double post / Being impolite / Re-asking a question / TEXT language / Only Smileys / Spoil)

Insults through PM:
If a player insults another player through PM and the message is reported to the moderation team (using the report tool), the author of the message will receive a ban or block.

If a player falsely reports a private message to the moderation team or responds to the originally sensitive message inappropriately, they will receive a warning or ban if necessary.

Multiple Accounts:
Depending on the situation:
Simple deletion of multiple accounts and/or 2 weeks ban or block.

Inappropriate profile: 
- (Photo of a minor / plagiarism, crude content, sensitive subjects, etc.) 
Players will be asked to remove inappropriate content (or it will be removed for them depending on the content).
If a player refuses to remove the information or re-posts the content after it has been removed by a team member, the entire profile will be cleared without warning.
Depending on the content, a sanction may be applied after consulting a site administrator.

Players who try to pass for a team member or someone they are not (identity theft) will be sanctioned on a case by case basis.

When a player is banned, the reason and length of the ban will be presented to them.

It is forbidden to pass through another player to contact the game team and/or to create a new account to post in the forum/mp and/or contact the game team, etc.
(Circumventing a sanction = Blocking of new account + prolongation of ban on original account. If repeat offense, the original account will be blocked).

If your ban has a fixed date, you must wait until the end of your ban to contact the game team.

If your ban is permanent and you wish to contact the game team about your ban, you may do so by contacting the email address included in your ban message. Please include your email address in the corresponding field.

Any request for the removal of a ban will be refused.

All messages that go against the game rules should be reported:

- Requesting/Offering Bank Codes, Maana, Gold Coins, etc.

- Requests for private user information (email, password, etc.)
- Any messages that are violent, libelous, defamatory, racist, revisionist, defend war crimes or pedophiles, incite murder or suicide, incite discrimination or hatred, reproduce a copyrighted work without authorization, or are otherwise contrary to current law and therefore punishable.

Careful: Do not report just any message!!

Only report messages that must be reported, this function is not a game!
Any abuse of this function will be sanctioned.
So, do not report messages like: "Hey, how are you" "Your guardian is beautiful", etc.

Once the message is reported and the user is in your Blacklist, you have done all you've needed to to and the game team will take care of the rest.
