Did anybody else get a pop up today telling them they could buy these new wigs today, and click the link to go the page that "doesn't exist"?

I was confused and thought there was an error keeping us from the wigs, but the error is just that the pop up appeared a day before they were actually available.

Ohh, that popup was really confusing. So it's tomorrow and not today. Thanks for the new wig colours!

I don't really get how this works, what's a pop-up shop?

Does it mean it can just appear randomly on any page, or do we have to keep checking the Shops page?

Or do we have to wait for the pop-up message we got yesterday and then click that?

How is everyone going to get a fair chance at getting the wigs?

Same here, but any kind of events usually go live over an hour or so. So I'm expecting to see the shop by then.

I think that there will be its own page as we have page for companion, closet, inventory, etc. When there is a pop up shop it has had its own page like the events have their own page. OR it could be very well in the clothes shop and we get to choose one color of each wig for free. Well, we will see it in a couple of hours. This time we are getting 3 free wigs (if I understood it right) and I do not remember getting any free items from any shop, so this is new for me at least. Veteran players probably have more knowledge of these kinds of things haha :D

Maybe it's just me, but the Holda wasn't free at all.

Thanks, I found where it is now, it's in the Clothes Shop, and there's a Christmas section, the wigs are in there.

I'm a veteran player myself, but the 'pop-up shop' bit just confused me.  They tend to do each thing differently most of the time in my experience, so it's not always where you would think to look for things.

Sometimes we have had free things before and they just put them in our closets, but I think this time as they were giving us the option to choose a colour, the shop works quite well.

Thanks Eldarya staff for my wigs, it was a nice surprise

As the technical team said there was a bug, if you had to pay for a wig please report it to support. But it has been resolved and all variations and hairs provide one free wig each.

This is why I'm glad I don't try to participate in events until several hours after they're live. I get to avoid the bugs.

Got my free one from each of the 3 wigs.

I saw the post about the sale on .fr last week but I was a bit sceptic since bad past experiences with missing wigs that were added later and you have to pay -_-

Big surprise and I'm happy the first wig of every model is free! Thank you
