I don't particularly like the outfits and the new companions, but the event seems easy, so I very much appreciate that!

Uhm I'm a bit shocked too. The Summer Event has always been one of the "bigger" events in Eldarya and I was excited for it. Seeing that now though I must admit is kinda sad..

Popsicle ? Where is it on one of the pages of the website? Because after searching several times on each page TO or NE: nada...

It's never on the same page for everyone. I found it very fast but it took 10 minutes of searching on the French server for me to find it. It's smaller than I expected though which makes it a bit more difficult to spot.

Having no luck with finding the popsicle, keep coming back every half hour to go through every page and nothing  Gotta keep trying I guess

There are no popsicles on the website for this server! Just because there are on the other servers, doesn't mean that people are lying that there are no popsicles on this server! Someone send in a bug ticket. The event barely started and were already encountering bugs! What a joy!

Yes there is, I've already found mine here on the American server and it took me at most 2-3 minutes to find it. Where has anyone said anything about lying about the popsicles?

Then where is it?! I looked all over the site: episodes, companion, closet, my inventory, library, mini games, the market, even all the shops on the shops page, the recharge, the profile and the journal, the account page, even the help page, contacts and black list and nada! No friggin popsicle!

I almost didn't find mine after searching everywhere but then I checked the front page, and it was right there in the middle...  Did you check it as well?

I also remember that some years ago with a similar task the hidden item was sometimes even on the "change crush" pop-up. But I don't know if they have changed that possibility, because it was a very unlikely place to search.

Of course I looked on the homepage too, duh! And I checked the crush pop up now and still nothing. I assume it's the same bug that happened with the hidden objects for My Candy Love's summer event last week, where some players couldn't find the hidden object no matter how much they checked on every single page. Really frustrating and stupid, epspecially since they made this event very short and you can't even prioritize obtaining the illustrations you want since the drop rate is randomized.

I found mine right above the alchemy in the games section. It's very small and the color depends on which crush it will work for. I think mine was yellow and so it contrasted with the background. The size is similar to when we had one event in which we had to look for gems. It took me 10 minutes to find it on the french server and I think I remember finding it on the front page but being frustrated since I almost missed it. You don't need to get so frustrated with me though, it will most likely not help you find it. The day isn't over yet so why don't you take a break from looking all over the website and come back with new eyes. I hope you'll be able to find it.

Have you swapped between origins and New era?
I do that when I have such difficulty on events with hidden objects on the site. Tends to work for me.

That's also a great tip. I found both of mine (here and on the french server) while in New Era. Might be something to consider when looking around.

If you use the app version on mobile, you can also try switching to it. I've done that sometimes with events like these.

And also, we are all trying to help here, so please don't vent to us. We understand you are frustrated, we all can be with these event task and minigames (and when there are bugs), but your tone seems a bit rude.

Finally found it when going on the phone, althought I still believe this should be reported as a bug since it's not nomal to be forced to search on both the computer and the phone versions of the game for more than an hour for something as ridiculous as these hidden event objects that should be accesible to find in under 5 minutes.

No one is stopping you from sending in a ticket if that's something you want to do.

After an hour I finally found the popsicle on the my account page. They should really make the icon bigger though. If it wasn't sticking out in the open like that I would've never found it. Its so tiny!
