You can find them on the map if you're lucky and can bait them, other than that you can see if someone is selling them in the market or buy them yourself in the companion shop.

Thank you for the event, I liked it so far. I am new to Eldarya (even though I made an account way back, I never actually used it until now), so this is my first ever event that I am actively participating in. Anyway, I think it's unfortunate that we cannot get the older items from 2016 through exploration, but I understand the reasoning behind it.

I'm a little late on the Thank you's, but I would like to thank the game team for putting this event together.
After many failed attempts and lots of waisted bait, I finally caught the Aurorca! I am content having caught one companion for this event and can now spend the rest of my time collecting outfit pieces of my liking.
Everyone is looking great in their Holiday attire. Happy Christmas Eve!

Unfortunately, yes. Common and rare companions tend to find less items compared to epic and legendary companions.

Well, that's relative. It depends of your companion's luck bonus. There are companions who are luckier than others and, therefore, more likely to find objects.
I have seen that you have a Plumobec, they don't usually be very fortunate...

i only have one problem with all of these events.... why does everyone who gets a cool egg have to make them so damn expensive... im pretty sure im not the only one tired of high priced items can u people with the boreal eggs and things make the prices a little lower plz like maybe around idk say 1350 at the lowest plz.

I feel you! Usually when I go to the market during the event (or after) I just can't help but to wonder how people gonna get all that maana by selling items or eggs out of other players! When I sell something on the market, I put the starting price like 100-200 and the immediate purchase price 1000-2000, and never the same price in both just to get player's interest at least to bid of it when the starting price is fair enough.

I thought that was not supposed to happen now and that's why they removed the second chance gauge?

Same... I have been exploring the gingerbread house more than 17 times bringing me nothing. While it's true that the only items left are the rainbow and white dresses, I think this shouldn't happen...
UPDATE: Explored 3 times more and nothing. It will systematically not bring me anything... I give up on getting those items

It was never said it's not supposed to happen. When there are only a few items left in a certain place, of course it's possible the companion brings nothing. And even with several items it's still possible. Rare, but possible.
