I do have mixed feelings about the companions since none of them really inspire Christmas or winter for me.
But I do really like the outfits especially the dark green dress with the fur!

I agree it's obvious some are reused from Halloween and other events but there's some cute pieces mixed in that are new so I don't think we should totally write them off till we can see individual pieces and colour combos ^=^

I'm so frustrated that you removed the 2015 and 2016 stuff from the map that I literally hate you for that.

I don't like most of the new outfits, especially the Holy Knight. That hood is so flat it looks like aluminium foil.
The puffy skirt/shorts and scepter are quite nice though.
Besides, I can't spot the wig from the fb teaser. Hope it's not hidden under that horrendous hood.

The contrast between the blue and black from the narwhal companion is too strong imo. Why couldn't it be whole blue???

I can agree that there are a few pieces (2-3) that seem pretty alright. But as a whole, this event already sucks. The only good thing are the past Christmas clothes.
I am waiting for the event to see if maybe it's better than I gave it credit for.

Thank you so much for the new outfits! I love them, especially the green dress and the wig.

And I'm so happy the 2015 and 2016 items will not be on the map anymore. I'm so tired of getting old items and selling them every year. Thank you for making them only available in the store!!!

The outfits aren't bad. I don't like any one in particular, but I like individual parts of each one. Not really holding out hope for any of the companions, though. New ones are usually disappointing as far as stamina goes. While a rarer and higher quality, they only have like 100 points or so. I don't even bother with them anymore. Something of higher quality should also include higher stats, not just in luck.

Like, I get it, some of you don't like the new stuff (I probably won't end up wearing anything besides the green outfit myself). But if you don't like something it doesn't mean that it's "ugly". You may think it is so, but that is just your opinion. And it's fine saying you don't like it. You can call it unoriginal, not-my-taste, weird, whatever, but stating that something is ugly as a fact is just plain rude.

I totally agree with you. It's different to say that "That outfit is not for me, because it's too puffy" than "It's ugly". And yes, I can also be very harsh sometimes, but I usually remember to say at least "In my oppinion..." or something like that. And personally, I like those outfits. Really creative and winter-like. I'm not too fond of companions, the first one looks kind a weird to me, and one of those outfits is also too puffy. Not really my style. But all those others, I like them.

I also agree. I like these outfits for the most part. There are pieces that I probably won't wear, but they're still nice.
But it feels like every event has had people saying things that to me just seem rude about the items.

Some of you are so fragile, can't believe this. You can say it's rude all you want, but it's PERSONAL PREFERENCE and PERSONAL OPINION. And guess what, everyone has them and has the right to state it.

ugly = unpleasant in appearence
synonyms of ugly = awful, unseemly, appalling, bad-looking, hard-featured, not much to look at, plain, UNBEAUTIFUL, unlovely, uncomely, unprepossessing (unattractive), unpleasant, etc.

Are those more in touch with your sensibilities?

You all also stated your opinion (a view, judgment, or appraisal formed in the mind about a particular matter), so I can find it rude and distasteful and tell you to stop expressing yourselves, because I don't like it and I find it unnecessary and in poor taste, so, because I say and think so, you should all stop.

1. They don't like it. Shocking.
2. They have different taste. Shocking.

4. They are mature enough to discuss things and address them. They are not afraid to say what they think, the same way other shower the team in compliments and praises. Both are legit. Complains and criticism are good too. They can help. And they help.
5. This is a free space for everyone to express themselves.
6. People are damn tired and feed up with Beemoov. Some lash out, while others are more harsh for it.
And so on.

I am writing all of this not to tell you to stop saying whatever you want, but because I can protect myself using words and I intend to do so. And also because I think your entire conversation was... dumb?

@anyone in this discussion     Usually I'd be saying freedom of speech an all but I have to agree that making a statement of "they're ugly" about the outfits is wrong...it's someone's opinion and they are totally entitled to say they think something is ugly and they don't like it but trying to enforce that opinion on the rest of us is wrong...it's ok if you think it's ugly but don't tell us they are ugly cause other ppl might not agree

Just because we said your wording was rude doesn't mean you're not allowed to say stuff... It just means that there are better ways to say it.

I don't understand your argument? If someone thinks something is ugly, that's their opinion. How does it affect you if someone thinks the outfits are ugly? They didn't tell you to think it's ugly~ No one said it was ugly as a fact, we're all here posting our opinions so I don't know why someone thinking the clothes, Companions, or otherwise as ugly would bother you or that you should tell others they can't say their opinion~

I've gotten messages in the past calling me an idiot for making a post saying  that I liked an item that a fair number of people said was "ugly." Not yet for this event, but it has happened in the past.
