I talked to two mods, contacted support, and mentioned it in the episode thread. It's up to the staff who are supposed to be maintaining the site to do their jobs. But given their track record of addressing complaints I don't think I'll hold my breath.

I also had same problem as others and illustration showed broken during episode and din't show up at all in libary.

Now the episode is showing up in the library, but the illustrations I acquired arent showing up

Do I have to replay the episode now to get it again?
If yes that would be extremely unfair 

I also had trouble with the illustrations. When I played the illustration was broken (I got Ezarel's illustration) and while the locked illustrations show up in the library now, the illustration I got doesn't show up, either. Seems to be a problem across the board for us all.

I sure as heck aint gonna replay that entire episode because of their mistakes, its not our fault they dont check the updates for bugs

as has told you Murcielago we shouldn't do nothing for an "global case"..We couldn't had  known  about this bug  and we have the duty to have our pick.A lot of girls has yet wrote at the  assistance, so we have only to wait.

By the way, the episode was great and  finally we have reach french server!

As someone who literally does that kind of work for a living it's disappointing to come across other companies who don't put in the effort. We're worldwide too but we test our site and games for issues in all locales, not just our country alone. That's why I'm so testy about the situation. Even if they're smaller than us they can still at least try to test for issues like with the illustrations before releasing the episode. It would at least save them this kind of embarrassment.

So yeah I have the same issue with the illustrations.
Hope they will fix this soon. I was already bummed out that I didn't get to see them in the actual episode but now they still don't show up in the library....

Another thing I dont quite get is why Mary-Anne's name in the library is still labeled as '???' when we already know her name

For process of elimination probably. So they can go with what we like the least lol 

OH THANK GOODNESS, my illustrations show up in the library now. I no longer have to consider replaying the episode. yay!
