Yep, but the wig is the only item that don't count. So the boots, dress, coat, etc; count for the outfit.

what about simple underwear in a different color? o_o
i bought a pair thats my go-to underwear since it blends in with my skintone. I'm just wondering if it counts as a spot cause its a different color or if its a free space cause its simple underwear..

If it's the standard lingerie, then I don't think it matters what color you choose.

When your outfit is bopping but you re-read the rules and notice they say no animated pieces ...

Although I suppose that rule is to make the contest more fair >~<

Well, in the Spanish server they don't put the note about the items that don't count... so is four pages of people asking the same questions because everyone is hella confused lol.

The reaction is pretty much the same as here: Some people is hyped, some people don't, some people is bitter about the companion, others are disappointed about the limit and some people was hoping for a design contest =/

I checked the french forum and looks the same.

The more, the better. Thank you, @Heart. It's quite awful : ( they had entire days/weeks to prepare a text post that contained all the information the needed. They failed at the most basic thing.
We should all refuse to participate lol this contest is h o t g ar bage.
No one is excited about this. I still think it could be fun, but like, between us. Not share it on FaceBook and make the vote unfair.

They could have made it so that every server voted another's. Like the US one vote for the German server. Then the German server votes the Polish one etc.
Post every single picture anonymously (no username, maybe not even the server) and make a rule not to wear the outfit until the vote is done with.
This makes a lot more sense to me and it's also a lot easier. It might also help relations between servers. Maybe I am just spewing trash lol

For the rule for using Erika's default long hair not counting as an element. Is it only her brown hair not counting or are the other colors not counted either?

@Lataryia, thank you so much! I hoped someone will appreciate my idea, but I also don't know a lot about Eldarya or other servers, so maybe my idea was a flop. I already have some more complicated solutions to other problems that could happen if my idea took off.
I think I should actually host this event... I, for one, would have announced this contest a few days before we got the last piece. Then I would make a poll to see what everyone wants, etc. At the end of this summer event, I would have opened a thread, start with the rules, be clear, give examples, give pictures, make sure that the event it's around 2 weeks long, etc. THEN I would have explained how it's going to work, etc., a little Q&A if it was necessary and then I would have encouraged as many people as possible to enter.
I think if it was a friendly thing between servers, even without a prize or even without a "nice" prize, people would still have been happy. Maybe I am wrong.


@Setaria, I don't think the colors matter so much. Not sure why they need it, but it matters the style. If it's the default one, go wild with it.

Making the voting unfair

I dislike popularity contest on facebook =/ people always find their way to buy votes. I have some faith that the contest is gonna be smoot in the eldarya english page... but I don't want to think how the thing goes in the more bigger servers (french, brazilian and spanish). People is already commenting in the spanish facebook that is a fact that someone is going to cheat lmao.

For what I read from the french forum, a lot of people is in the same position as you =/ not everyone has a facebook.

I don't think the contest is that bad and I was expecting something since the event was this long... and there is a lot of items just from exploration, so I don't think is quite a issue. The restricction is pretty much thinking about the new users who don't have big wardrobes.

Not prob ^^ and yeah, forgot to mention that no moderator has stepped in to respond questions/put some order  I think with the facebook stuff, they're trying to be more transparent with the selection, so the responsibility falls on we, the users, so is up to us to make it right/don't cheat... but IDK.

I meant to say that is this contest was more friendly and better organized, no matter the prize, more people would be willing to submit an entry.

Beemoov could do so much better. But they f up with MCL and when it comes to Eldarya they only remember it exists when it comes to events. That's when they put a bit of effort. In rest, everything else is meh at best. The only reason around 200 people are online every day is because the community is nice and tight.

I always thought that for suggestions and complaints, you sent a mail to support. I'm not sure if making a petition now that the contest is open would help.
