On the whole, I'm really liking this event... The clothing is spectacular and I see my maana count dwindling to get additional colours.

The hangman game is enjoyable and while it is a bit difficult to see the starting star sometimes (lol all that purple with one tiny red star just doesn't always work for my eyes) the QTE game isn't too bad. Definitely less stressful than the Valentine's event.

What I really do love is that the outfit bars don't fill up automatically and that you can assign your collected favours as you see fit or even accumulate several days worth of favours before selecting outfit pieces. It definitely is helpful in my case, since I don't always know what colour variation to go for so this way I have more time to decide XD

The companion truly is gorgeous and I can't wait to have it in my collection (9*^*)9

has any of u guys found any illustration pice while exploring? i didnt find any so far tho i spend alot of energy... is there any bugs?

i hope its not bcz of my companion bcz it has +343 luck points and i just hatched it to evolve it i cant change it so soon... :-(

For exemple there is a pink-cyan outfit. The first color I see is a pretty light pink so I start collecting the pink ones. Then I find out the secondary color is cyan and I don't really like the two color together. And it's aready too late to change to another color combination because I've already collected the half of the outfit or something. So in the end I have an outfit I don't really like.

you actually get 3 from the guessing game if you don't get any wrong letters. Just check out eldarya fan blogs or wikia for the complete list of companions, use the general shape that the stars make and the number of letters you have to fill in, to get the right answer w/o making a mistake.

I get 5 on the constellation game most of the time. I'd like to know if anyone has ever done 6 whaaaa it's a bit too much for me haha!

recalculating from there, that would give you at most 18 favors per day.

Since you need 8 (favors) x 8 (items) x 3 (outfits) = 192 favors in total, you'll need to play at least 10.66, rounded up to 11 days out of the 15 days (June 20-July 4) that we get to play the event.

If you can only get at most 4 for the constellation game, that is, 15 per day, that's when you'll need the whole 13 days.

these celestial themed outfits are GORGEOUS!!

Not to mention the mini games are pretty clever (reveling the outline of the companion/name in the hangman styled mini game and the similarity of the "battle' mini game in episodes to the constellation mini game) and it makes getting the outfits easier too!

I love this new event, even though it's the first I've been apart of, but the outfits are so interstellar and I got my complete one yesterday yeeee!

If you can get 15 on the star connect (getting a five during each play) and a max of 3 on the companion guess, that makes it a total of 18 points a day (not including what's leftover from previous days), allowing you two outfit pieces.

If you are able to get at least two pieces a day, it will take you four days to complete an outfit, and 4(days)x3(outfits)=12(days), leaving you with 3 extra days if you've messed up somewhere. So yes, it's possible to get all of the outfits without having to spend any gc. I would recommend playing the star connect with a mouse (if you aren't already using one) and to have a tab open with all of the companions listed.

You might have to find a french wiki because it'll have companions listed that an American/Uk site wouldn't, because they're farther ahead and have companions that we don't, like Fenrisulfr.

How many more ppl are gonna say that as long as everyone gets between 4-5pts on the qte star game they can finish the event?? This is like the 10th post already...Not everyone will get the pts and I'm tired of seeing the "positive" math on it...we get it, you can play the game...not everyone can and its starting to get shamey repeating this over and over at everyone like everyone should be grateful ppl who can do the game can finish and everyone who can't has something wrong with them...we've seen "the math" now move on kthnxbye

Well, have to agree that the Math part is getting boring. Not everyone has the skill to complete the QTE game fast enough to earn those freaking points and completing the event with cash gone way too far this time (considering the 1920 total gold cost for outfits). Basicly Beemoov is saying what Hearthstone players did: GET GOOD which is a horrible idea. Like last time it was kinda "forgivable" that they haven't thought about colorblinds at all.

This time, they punish players who are playing this game to relax, have slower reflexes or not able to play in a proper way (PC + mouse). So I guess they could have made the guessing game for 3 tries and the constellation for 1 and optimize the favors needed, but that might be my opinion.

And nope, I could earn 6 favors/game without problem but I still won't brag about that "Mathematically" the event can be completed. So players just stop doing it, won't make those players feel any better, trust me. Bye.

I like this event! Very beautiful outfits and minigames are challenging, but so far I've managed them okay. I would also like to have a starry sky background!

She was just answering the question of "do I need gc to complete the event', that was all.

The math is getting repetitive, I agree, but they were merely answering questions. Plus, Flightless is a bit heavy on the Ego versus ID (I can already hear her yelling from across the state).

And yes, this game is expecting you to already be decent at games. Whether it's from previous events, or games in general.

MatPAt did a Game Theory on this with CupHead (I think it was that game anyway), and brought up how game developers are doing this all the time; whether they realize this or not. They make games hard from the get go because they expect you to have built up your skill from past games or experiences. Something that not everyone can do. Not everyone grew up playing console or pc games, and therefore game creators shouldn't go in thinking that people will automatically know what to do/have the skill set built up to play these games (i.e. qte, fast wasd/arrow key movements, etc.). And Beemove is just as guilty of this as any other game developer, they also need to work out their bugs a bit more before releasing the game, but that's an entirely different discussion.
