I have a bit problem.. I played with episode 19 but once the game didn't allow me to the temple. I am refresh and since that is the case..

What can I do? I deleted my browsing history and cookies already, I restarted my laptop but the case is unchanged..

Hi! Unfortunately this is a problem occuring to a few other players and has been reported to the Assistance section of the forum. I would recommend checking there to see if there are any updates on this problem (at the moment though, I think it's ongoing).

The same bug is bugging me as well. I thought they fixed this but nope -.-" I just informed to the team about this.. Guess this is gonna take a while longer before we get to finish this episode... /static/img/forum/smilies/roll.png

It is quite frustrating how its been 5 days already for me and theres no fix or even some sort of announcement about it to tell us they're actually working to solve it

I got an e-mail from support, that error should already be resolved. But I had two dialogue, I spoke with Ewelein and two members, and my case returned. I passed my previous objective, I had new, but I won't be able to leaved the room, and in the end the picture disappeared again.

I deleted my cookies, datas, I switched it off my adblock, I tried it other browser but it was useless.

I very hopeful that they will soon be solved the problem!

..I'm having trouble at episode 19 on both of my computers where I am supposed to drop my luggage..a picture of the inside of the temple is not showing up..it just is a blank blue screen..when I inspect it on my computer it is saying there is a broken link...

since it has been like this for several days now on multiple devices..and I am unable to contact anyone from support I am posting on here for any advice or if anyone can possibly get ahold of a BEEMOVE/ Eldarya support member to assist me with this /static/img/forum/smilies/big_smile.png...

Issue with Episode 19
Just a PSA for those who are having trouble progressing with this episode, the issue with the blank screen has been reported in the Assistance Section of the forum. Multiple moderators are aware of it and it has been passed on to admin. However, the actual problem still has not been solved. It's been a very long time, but support are aware and working on it. There's just no information as to its progress.

If you are struggling with Episode 19, the Assistance Section is the best place to report anything. That being said, it has been reported multiple times so the only thing we can do is continue to be patient until it gets fixed.

Finally the bug is fixed! I'm not sure did that bug mess my story. I played Leiftans route and ended with Valkyon. The boy that i kissed last episode was Nevra... Although I don't care because I love drama!

the outfit looks real cool, but I don't know if it's just me, but the shade of gray is kind of off. Like, i feel it would look better if it was a bit darker or lighter.

Still though, i might change my mind when I get to actually have it on my avatar haha!

Can't wait to catch up!
