Oh yea, I found the answer from the Assistance forum: "There was suppose to be a limit of 5 eggs at the launch of the event; however, due to bug/mistake the limit was not functioning."

So now people can receive only 5 egg every day, in the beginning of this event there was no limits so some people have received more daily eggs.

Love the option that you get to choose the colour and so on..!

I still need quite a lot of chocolate eggs though

It'd be better to be able to keep the eggs you find yourself. Seriously, I've sent out like a dozen eggs so far and only received one myself. Totally frustrating.
